I have 430 SLS ballasts pushing Radiums and I have been having issues with them turning off randomly. Its currently only one of 3 bulbs having the issue but I have switched out the lamps, switched fixtures in different ballasts etc. Ive even had SLS look at the ballasts etc and we cannot figure out why they are turning off.
They do not have a thermal shut off or anything, so there is no apparent reason for them to shut off.
The lamp will shut off for about 5-10 minutes then turn back on once the bulb cools.
Any ideas why the thing would do this?!
