It is a 4.5" wrasse, as it matures it gets quite colorful. It may go after inverts as it grows, but it may not as well. Relatively peaceful, though individual experiences vary.
More likely an error on my part, I used fishbase as a reference. On that site it listed its max size as 13cm, whereas upon further investigation, diving references list it as 7".

Dang I was hoping they didn't get that big. They would be a different wrasse that you don't see in most tanks. That's a little larger than I think would be comfortable in my tank.
