I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get Mag-Flake and the other items. I went to Home Depot in New Tampa but couldn't find any.

I have the same setup as the 2part place but I'm not going to kill you on the S&H.

I bagged up a bunch for the ACROS meeting today and have several left if anyone wants some.

8 Cups of Dow Flake Calcium Chloride. This Is enough to make over 3 gallons of recipe one and 6 gallons of recipe two Calcium Solution $5.00

8 cups of Sodium Bicarbonate (Arm and Hammer Baking soda), this is enough to make over 3 gallons of recipe 1 and 7 gallons of recipe 2. $2.50

Is this the same flakes that PinchAPenny sales in 50lb bags? Might when to give them a call - or do a search on RC I think we talked about this a few months ago.

You can get 50 lbs of the Dowflake for $28 from some of the PinchAPennys and the baking soda in small boxes anywhere or you can find it in a 12 lb bag for about $7 at Sam's club sometimes.

Mag Flake from Harvey Salt --- 25lb is $10 and the 50lb is $15.

I am waiting for a call back from them for shipping cost on both and will post as soon as i find out.

If anyone wants to split the cost of shipping i will order the 50lb...just let me know before noon so i can place the order today.

You can get all this stuff at Chem-stat inear the airport in tampa.

Harvey Salt is out of stock on the 24lb ... the 50lb would be $45.59 including shipping.

I called Chem Stat and they carry MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE, but he said not by the name Mag....and it was $50 for 50lbs + freight.

So, if someone wants to split a 50lb order from Harvey get back to me today!
