Thanks for the reply. I guess what I mean is will it replace a reactor. In other words...I have the means to setup a reactor very cheap, but I would rather setup this two part with some dosing pumps and call it a day. For some a reactor might be easier, for me selling the expensive equipment and going with a doser would be way easier. I think in the long run this will be less expensive as well. However, would I be missing things like strontium, etc. Thanks for the reply.

No, I don't think the two part using the improved recipe will be any worse than a reactor, and depending on the media you would have used, it may bo a better job for magnesium. Strontium is hard to say as both methods may be deficient in it, but that may also not be important. I don't monitor or supplement strontium.
