Anyone ever use these fixtures. I'm thinking of switching over for energy reasons. I have a 210 and I'm thinking of getting the Onyx fixtures since they are reasonable. Any thoughts?

What lights do you have now

3- Lumatek electronic MH ballasts with Hamilton Cayman sun 3-250w 20k radiums and 2- 160w super actinic VHOs. I'm just trying to prepare for rising electrical cost. Plan on changing my large Beckett skimmer go an in sump cone type. I was even thinking of installing some solar panels to run the set up. That's not cost effective right now.

I know its that time of year where MH suck but in my OP they are the best lights. so dont chang them

they are ok but MH are bette LEDs are good with coloer

Yeah I might just make my own actinic LEDs to supplement. Thanks for your response.
