Hey since Ecotech refused to offer me technical support simply because I live outside of the United Stated perhaps someone here can help. Paying over $800AUD for these lights and to have the fan stop working after a year is unacceptable.
The fan in my Ecotech Radion Gen 3 stopped working and because I did not have the receipt from the store in which I purchased it I had to buy a new fan from my wholesaler. After installing the new fan the fan now works however the light starts up and works for a few seconds and then the LED buttons on top begin to flash red meanwhile the light has turned off completely. When connecting the light via USB to ecotech smart live it is not recognised (gear icon in settings not clickable for said light) so all configuration to the light is done through connecting the USB to another light.
I have disabled the the buttons on all of my lights which worked however the light still starts up and then turns off. Any ideas what may be causing my issue?
