RBTA question

Got RBTA yesterday that acclimated well to the tank. Overnight he wandered a couple inches (I know this is normal as they find their spot) but now he's in Waving Hand. I hate the Waving Hand so not worried about it but do I need to worry about the nem? Will he move on or should I try to move him? He looks like he got stung or something?
