This might be a stupid question, but in some pictures you will see them with bubles in the tenticles, and some there are no bubbles, is this a mood/tempermant thing? like if i buy one without bubbles on the tips, does that mean it will never have bubbles?

Not necessarily...the jury is still out on what exactly causes the bubbles. You could get one that bubbles a lot, you could get one that doesn't. People have even had their anemone split and have one half bubble and the other half not...it could be an individual thing.
