RBTA upside down in the shade

Hey all I got 2 nems last week, a rose bubble tip and a rainbow bubble tip. I traded some corals for them and when I saw them in the tank they were on the same level of lighting, MH 250watts and a LED were over them. I put them in my tank on the same plane of light so that they were even and the rainbow is fine, open and its tips are bubbly and growing by the day but the rose was open for a few days and now has flipped itself upside down under a rock and is shriveled up in the shade and it keeps moving from one spot in the shade to another but has not been in the light for a while now and am worried about it. My lighting is 2 full spectrum D120's and this tank is mostly acropora. the white/blue ratio is 50%white/75% blue on both units. Please help as Im not sure what to do!

With mine, they deflate into this sickly looking thing while they excrete waste. Then, they bubble up usually the next day
