RBTA with yellow tips do they exist?

Yes. They are called gold tip rbta's. There are hard to see in pics.

There is a large variety of color morphs with the species E. Quadricolor. Some colors morhps are more unique or vibrant than others. I bet there are some color morhps out there yet to be discovered. Yes I have seen yellow tips a few times. Some BTA's have more colorful yellow tips than others.
 
IME, colored tips tend to blend over time in the aquarium. I don't know why.

Here is a pic of mine showing yellow tips a year ago. They are much more difficult to distinguish now.
