Reactor with pump inside?

Does anyone make something like a PhosBan reactor where the pump is inside the tube, rather than powered by an external power head?

Reactor, then soldering iron, then add a tray at one inch up, make a hole in the reactor under the trays level for the power heads out let, sit it in while holes rim is still hot, but not to hot to melt the power heads exit then cool under tap and it will seal beautifully and it is all one piece then and you can still take it out when need be and access the power heads impellor to maintain it.
