what are some reasons for small polyp growth?

lighting 2 x kessil 360we
and coralife 4 bulb fixture two blue+ and 2 atinic.36 inch

the ones that are small are the hornets red and blue hornets. all the other zoas in tank are doing fine. the hornets are placed on sand.

Yea, tank looks clean. What's the algae situation like?

Algae is in check. The only build up I have is on the powerheads. I have mangroves and cheato in fuge both are doing ok.

i have heard that some zoa's just take months to get used to a new tank and conditions before they going even if conditions are good...
