Have to take down my 55gl because of painting. Currently I have no spray bar, but use 2 powerheads (SEIO 820?) and Rio 2500 to move water around in addition to the main return from the sump (Mag Drive 900gph). Any suggestions on how to make the tank circulate more effeciently appreciated.

Since you're taking the tank down, you can look into closed loops, which a lot of people like and at the same time you wouldn't have to have all the powerheads take up room in the tank after it's set up again. Look in

If you don't want to do the closed loops and you don't want to spend too much, to get some better quality flow, I'd keep the Seio, but replace the Rio 2500 with two Maxijet1200s with Hydor water deflectors on them.
