Recommend next fish

I have a well established FOWLR with the following:

Inverts: various snails, 3 brittles, 2 urchins, various small crabs

Fish: Large Maroon Clown, Yellow tang, Squirl Fish, Soap Fish, Passer Angel, and Six-line Wrass.

I'm really torn about what fish to get next. I'd love a school of something small?

Or a puffer of some kind?

If these were your tank ... what would you add?

what size tank ? I see in you signiture a 125with softies and a 5 nano.

if you have any kind of corals in your tank stay away from dog faced puffers

That's accurate. I have a 125G AGA tank. It substantially a FOWLR, but I have added a couple softies that I've come upon. They're not essential to the tank, but I guess part of me would like to hang on to them.

Would any kind of puffer get along with a few coral?

Im sorry Nano-Neophyte but the Passer will never work out for long, your tank for one is too small a tank and the Passer is a very aggressive angel. And this soapfish, I would leave this out too if your too have a reef and small inverts and such.

I would get a pride of (dwarf) lions to roam the tank... though they wouldn't school I always thought that would be an awesome spectacle, esp. at feeding time!

Well my small valientien puffer never bothered my corals . And I never had a problem with my triggers eating the corals but I have herd of other that had issues with their triggers eating corals. and My first dog face was fine now the one I have now He was in the tank a few days and took out a colony of zoo's , two colony's of yellow polyps and was eatting my mushrooms all this over night . Needless to say I was mad and he was about to go on the round roller coast ride untill he gave me that what did I do look . I would never flush a live fish .
