Recommendation on my 110G Z and P dominated reef

Starter question thank you in advance

Acrylic Tank- not sure on the history of the tank. Is there suggestions on cleaning (vinegar bath?) How long and what %.

Stand- going to run bare bottom. What color should I paint the top of the stand? White, black or brown. Pro's and Con's.

Lightning- 2 Kessil 350W on the sides and 24" 4 bulb T5 in the middle. What percentage on the Kessil and bulb combinations on T5? Duration?

Salt- for Z and P ????
