Recommended Water Flow

Hey all,
I was wondering, do mushrooms prefer fast water movement or low?

I have about 10 hairy mushrooms, and am thinking of finding a spot for more, but I don't know where to move my powerheads unless they need alot.

On the powerhead note, i bought 2 powersweeps and was thinking of putting them at opposite ends of the tank to get good aggitation. is this prefered to help with the randomness factor?
or should i put them side by side and just have it do a wave action?

apparently mine like slow movement, i moved my powerhead away from them and they are nice, flat, and looking pretty.
