Red Bell Urchin?

I saw this guy on divers den today. I can't find any information on them. They're listed reef safe with caution. Would anybody know what the "caution" is?

looks like a fire urchin, the with caution is probably because of how venomous they are. If it were me I'd avoid it.

It's listed as salmacis belli.

I'd say the reef safe with caution is referring to the possibility of it eating your corals. I have a long spine that loves to strip anything with small polyps.
