i cant seem to be able to link my vortechs together. i have the misc error or something. i reset the pumps, set master, set slave, and they just wont connect! whats wrong?
Make sure they are close together and in direct line of sight. The signal will not travel through water. Unplug everything and start over from step #1 by clearing the memory. Procedd to step #2 and so forth. Does the first pump allow you to set the master properly? Then go to pump #2 and do the same thing only set it as slave. Sometimes if unfamiliar with programming these it may take several times to get it right. I myself find I sometimes get ahead of myself and omit a step or do not have them close enough together or something is blocking the signal.
