Red brown spots on yellow tang nose and around the eyes

I bought a yellow tang about 2 months ago. The tang is normal, but we noticed redish brownish dots on the nose under and around the eyes of the tang. I have done a little bit of googling on these dots and cannot come up with anything difinitive. The dots are almost in perfect lines on the nose part. It is a little patchy over the eyes though. I have not noticed it getting worse, but I want to try and catch it before it turns into a nightmare. Any ideas?

There's any number of things that it could be including superficial tissue damage, genetic pigmentation abnormalities, etc. If the fish is eating and behaving normally I wouldn't fret. Anything other issues that would lead you to think that this is a problem?
