Red Bugs!?

Okay so here's the thing just tonight I picked up a purple acro and it's got red bugs the guy told me so I'm doing a fresh water to saltwater dip for 30 second intervals each time. I'm not sure how long I should keep it in freshwater for and I don't know what dip stuff I should be looking for but I don't want to put it in any of my tanks, somebody please get back to me asap, thanks.

I would put it in a QT tank if you could. Use a plastic tub if you have to and fill it with saltwater from your other tank with a heater and powerhead. Check out the SPS forum for that. I think you need interceptor or lugols solution to dip it in.

alright thanks guys, hopefully I'll take care of them. I was told they only effect acros so if I don't get rid of all of them and I put it with a stylo the stylo should be fine right?
