Red Flatworms on Crocea?

Can you guys help me ID what these are, they look like flatworms, friend or foe?

looks like coraline?

I looked quickly this morning, and not sure if they move, i peeled a couple of them off. Will double check again tonight to see if they actually do. I'm going to pluck them all off just to be safe.

looks like corraline to me. I have some on my clam that looks similar.
