Red Fuzzy Algae Attack! Please help

I have a large aquarium with many corals, and over the past few months every surface in the aquarium has been overtaken by masses of red 'fuzzy-looking' algae. It propagates at an alarming rate. I don't know what it is or how to combat it, but I really need to get rid of it because it looks awful and is choking my corals out.

Does anyone know what this is? and if so, how to get rid of it? is there some animal that eats it? maybe a sea hare? SOMETHING? I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks!

red hair algae, almost a cotten candy look. it is caused by the same problems as green hair algae. Nutrients, phosphate,

I've never seen a animal that would do much to it. It does come out easly by hand harvest and using a small hose while doing water changes.

Turbos are supposed to work. I had a big problem with it and between some turbos and siphoning I was able to beat it. I would rubberband a nylon to the end of my hose when syphoning so I could put the water back in and siphon longer.

try increasig the flow...it will keep the nutrients suspended. Thus more likely to be skimmed and filtered. Do even have a skimmer? Sure would kelp
