I purchased some caulpera prolifera last week and in the bag that I received was what appeared to be a piece of red bubble algae. I added in with the rest of the macro. I now see that this piece of macro has turned green. I contacted the person who I got this from and he said it's supposed to be green. He suggested it may need more light. I have a 15w pc over a 5 gallon hex. I have the macro at the top of the tank. Do I need more light to make it turn back red?
