Red Sea Alkalinity Pro Test Kit Directions?

I was wondering if anyone could send me the directions for the alkalinity pro test kit. I have the piece of laminated paper with the amount of water to test and the start and end colors. What I don't have is what these results mean in relation to my alkalinity.

I am confused!
