Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas/experience they could help us with.
My son (13) and I have embarked on this reef tank hobby together, and set up our tank about 3 months ago now.
We have a RSM e series 260, and the stock skimmer, pumps, lights etc it came with.
We are finding the skimmer really really noisy and have considered upgrading to the cabinet sump- but then we would have no funds for coral! Also concerned about the additional weight.
I had heard that the Tunze Doc skimmer could fit in the back, anyone have any experience of this, and whether it is quieter?
We would appreciate any advice on offer here!
