Red Sea Reefer 250 Tank Break Down , High End Equipment !

1 Year Old Red Sea Reefer 250 I'm breaking down. Way to much going on in my life all the time to keep up with it. It will break my heart, but I just don't have the time for it. Located in Melbourne, FL 45 Minutes outside Orlando

I have a 1 year old Red Sea Reefer 250 Rimless tank for sale. I also have the entire set up I'm breaking down. Loaded with thousands of dollars of coral. I have a GHL2 Dosing pump going up for sale also, that keeps the Alk @ 9.5 DKH and Calcium between 420 and 450ppm.
I also have 2 x Kessil A160WE LED lights with the apex cable, and a full Apex computer that runs the whole tank for sale. I also have a Bubble Magnus Curve 5 Skimmer, Tunze 3155 ATO, GHL2 Dosing pump, Full Apex, Eheim 3000 Compact return pump, close to $5K invested. Specapure RODI unit with new filters, Salt Water Storage bins , more

I will not sell the equipment until the Coral and fish are sold

I want to sell the fish together if possible, or bring them to the store to trade.
For $75.00 I'll sell you a Large Yellow Tang, 1 year old Clown Fish, 1 fire fish, 3-4 blue Chromis, Large Serpent Star, Large Hermit crab, and all the living crabs, clean up crew everything living in the tank minus the coral and rock.

Coral are for sale, Live Rock about 50 lbs, 3 Rainbow Bubble tips and more, tank is loaded:
Rainbow bubble tip $35 a pc, or 2 for $60 or all 3 for $75.00 , you take them off the glass and rocks.
1 is large, and 1 is med, and 1 is med/small

Large Monti cap with green grass all over it, $50

Bring your own buckets. Tank has a water change every week of 15%, never missed a week. Just did one today. Last week I just started fishing a small outbreak of Hair Algae, and Red Algae. I just started dosing NO3-PO4x last week

Water SG is is kept bettwen 1.024 and 1.025
Calcium - 435ppm
Alk - 9.5DKH
Mag- 1350
PH - 8.5
PO4 with Hanna Checker 0.04ppm
Nitrate - under 5ppm
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Temp 79
 
I see prices for livestock but not equipment. I know you're waiting until livestock is sold but what do you want for everything else? Would be interested to be in line for that after livestock sells.

Come over today, as the live stock we be gone at lunch time. I'll drop the prices down to $25.00 a pc for each bubble tip, as their delicate, and I want them out so I can focus on selling the coral, which is easier to care for

I'm interested in the ro/di for sure. About to set up a 120g, already have tank, sump, and skimmer but most of your other equipment would probably work well for what I have planned.

And what else you would like it looks like I will have all the livestock and call and everything sold in the next day or two I've lost interest on it I will be breaking down a tank by the end of the week
 
Livestock has been sold and some of the coral have somebody come in tonight at 5 p.m. I'll update the thread to let everybody know what's left it looks like after tonight it will be equipment only everything should be gone

**** Update as of 7:45pm 02/07/17 ****

All Live stock, rock, coral sold. Only equipment left !

MG98 was first in line for the Apex, RO-DI unit, Testing equipment, and Tunze 3155 ATO, and Is coming Thursday to pick it all up.

Next in line is Joshbrookkate for the Apex If MG falls through on Thursday.

*** Still available are the Kessil A160WE with Goosenecks and Apex Cable, Bubble Magnus Curve 5, Eheim 3000+ Compact return pump, GHL2 - 2 Head Dosing pump with Acrylic Containers, and of course Red Sea Reefer 250 with tank, stand sump.

I will update the post and refer to the post here, to be fair with everyone

For anyone interested the Red Sea tank for sale is in great shape and VERY clean. I hope it finds a good home soon.
