I am posting this because the information doesn't exist anywhere online. You can install a Clarisea 3000 on a Reefer 525xl with minimal effort.
It's a direct fit with a few minor adjustments. The overflow pipe needs to be shortened to adjust for the height you choose to install the unit. Next you must simply move the emergency overflow out to the middle chamber. You can see in the photo. Finally I wrapped about 5 layers of plumbers tape on the outlet pipe to create a solid seal between the Clarisea and the overflow pipe.
Perfect fit and everything works awesome!
