Red Thorny Star

Hey, I have two Red Thorny Sea Stars in my tank (about 2 inches across each) They have been cruising my tank for about 4 months. Any ideas on breeding behavior? I saw them together today for quite awhile, and not sure if they will breed, what that might look like, and what to look for after the fact. Any help would be great. I have looked but not found much. Thanks. (These are the smaller reef safe ones-not the crown of thorns ones)

They're basicly the same thing in terms of being reef safe or not. If it's not a linkica or fromia it's not a reef safe starfish excluding some asterina and brittle/serpent species.

I'd imagine the spawning process is you'll just see white stuff floating out of them like most other echonoderms.
