red worms

i have found some red worms living inside my rocks is this ok or should i get rid of them and if so is there anything that i can get to eat them or something thanks if you all can help

Probably harmless bristleworms. Good for your tank.

Are they red on both ends and kinda purple in the middle?

If so, no worries.
