how long do I have to keep these guys at the shaded part of the tank until they get adjusted to AI Vega 60% setting?

I go by how big they are. Meaning that when they start to expand to around 2 inches, this usually tells me the are adjusted to the light. If they stay small then usually this means they are getting to much light.

I wouldn't rush it. From all I've read you'll kill them if you do.

Just wait till they start opening fully then move them into a less shady area and continue to do so until they're in the spot that you want them.
