Redoing DIY LED need help or redirected

Hello Everyone. I had a falling out with the hobby when my younger brother passed. Now that depression has come and gone, I'm trying to get back, and one of the first things I need is to get my lights back up.

I had started an LED project, the lights were working, but not how it was meant to.
I am a complete noob when it comes to electronics, but I am quite handy. I just need instructions, and I can do it. I've tried searching for the thread I was using, but I cannot find it, here nor any other forum I'm part of.

The cree LEDs are screwed to and soldered to my heatsink.
I have 2 mean well ELN-60-48P.
An adruino set, that isn't connected.

Currently I am not sure if everything is still in working condition. I don't want to try plugging it in and accidently burn out the LEDs. Unsoldering and testing each LED seems a bit of a hassle to me.

Thanks

To test individual LEDs or even partial strings you don't need to remove anything. Hooking up a multimeter or other testing device across the LED(s) correctly will fire them. If they all work, and there are no connections to ground (also important to test) then your setup is probably fine.
