Redose ammonia when it is down to 0?

Im in the initial cycle of my tank. I used raw shrimp and took it out when it ammonia reached 2.5ppm. It is now dropping and at 2.0 and nitrite is at 0.6ppm. When the ammonia and nitrites reach 0, do I add more shrimp for ammonia and wait for it to convert over to nitrates or am I safe to stock?

it's best to stock CUC for 3-4 weeks first. Let them prepare your sandbed

Would it still be recommended for a CUC if I plan on stocking aggressive fish? I don't think they would last very long

get over sized snails (turbo) or hermits.. most folks are ok with them. if they still get picked off, cowries

Dwarf lion and one of the small varieties of a moray eel.

I have a fuzzy dwarf and a snowflake in my mixed reef, Only seen the eel take out on snail in the past 6 months that we have had it
