redsea berlin skimmer turbo

the pump seems to be running but has no water output
the impeller is spinning too. i cleaned the impeller.
What do i do?

Are the impeller blades spinning or is the shaft spinning?

Take the impellor out and spin the blades while holding on to the shaft with the other hand. If it spins with out stopping at all then you need a new impeller. If it does catch give the pump a whack while it is running submerged and it should start flowing again. At least when I had one it worked.
