Reduce stress while aquascaping

Are there any ways to aquascape to minimize the stress it gives to the fishes? Doing at night or a few hours before light out?

well ive always heard that its best to add fish when the lights are off or dim. So when I aquascaped, I did it with just my actinics on. I would assume it would have been better with the lights off, but then i wouldnt be able to see. Just remember that anytime you aquascape regardless of lighting, they will stress out a little
