Reducing Alk question

My alk is high (4.5-5 meq/l) due to using reefcrystals salt.

I've switched salt, but how slowly should I bring it down?

I'd like to know the answer to this also. Other than just waiting it out and not dose anything.

I think most will say to just not add anything and let it drop naturally. My CA got to high from dosing and I just shut the pump off and I am letting it drop. It's not like the ALK is SO high it is emergent. Just let it fall.
