Reducing nitrate and phosphate?

What are some options to keep nitrate and phosphate down? I know that cheato works good but I was trying to avoid it because of space, if it's the best option I could make it work but I'd have to build a refumium separate from my sump. I'm currently in the build process. I already have a skimmer and a Carbon/GFO. Im just looking for the best way to export nutrients, thanks

1-bio pellets
2-NoPox
3-Vodka & GFO
4-Distilled Vinegar & GFO
5-Combination of Vodka & Distilled Vinegar with GFO
6-GFO and adding more live rock in sump
7-Denitrator & GFO

You could also switch out GFO for PO4x4

I use the nopox in conjunction with gfo and it works really well for keeping levels down low, even feeding a fairly stocked tank 3-5x a day

You can also build a chaeto reactor. Takes up way less space than a refugium

IMO, carbon dosing is a good option for your because it doesn't take up any additional space (unless you use a doser with it). You just have to have a good skimmer and be ready to empty it more often. I've been doing it for years and haven't had any issue. Other methods mentioned are also fine choices, but some can take up more space.
