Reducing NO3 withe prodibio or XPORT no3 brink with ULow PO4?

Hi,

I have very low PO4. Between 0 to max 7 ppBillion after water change. There is error of course, so it maybe slightly higher. I have 20-30 ppm NO3. I believe it's making my system very sensitive to change.

From what I understand the prodibio (biodigest) and the brick should work to reduce NO3 even with veyr low PO4, is that right?

Not necessarily...
If the reason you have elevated nitrates is because of a lack of bacteria or lower oxygen areas then it can help...If not they are unlikely to help
