Reef link won't connect

I have the reef link setup on wireless and today it stopped working. I have factory reset the device and tried both ethernet and wifi and still cannot connect.

I am getting the red light on 6 and yellow light on 5 when on ethernet, and red light on 6 and yellow on 4 when on wifi.

Any thoughts?

Did you try unplugging the power for 30 seconds then plugging back in?
