I've been using it for a couple of months. My observations--doesn't seem to have any "bad reactions". You can use quite a bit less than recommended. Definitely illicits feeding responses. I have no idea if it's any better than any other plankton based coral food out there, but it's convenient.

I got two bottles a few weeks ago and havn't use it yet. How do you feed with it? mix in some water and target feed? Just put some in the tank?

i mix it with water and target feed it. like moonpod said, you really don't need nearly as much as what is recomended on the bottle. you'll see they polyps close when the get some, it's prett cool to watch

I had a great reaction when I mixed the reefroids with a little chunk of cyclopeeze.
