reef safe?

ive had this fish for about 5 months and was wondering how safe this fish realy is.

I was wanting to get some peppermint shrimp and didnt know if he would eat them.He doesnt mess with the blood red cleaner shrimp at all.

not a great pic. so guessing its a Myripristis vittata Valenciennes a type of soldierfish. its fairly reef safe. will eat up worms "bristle worms, feather dusters even brittle serpants". might go after the shrimp later, they get 8-10". main food is plankton though so might not have issues.

I would expect it to eat Peppermints, but if its leaving your Blood red cleaner, its worth a try.
