Reef tank algae

I was wondering i have chaeto in my sump currently, i was wondering if i get the following is there a chance it may spread to the main tank, than i have a problem getting rid of it:
Shaving Brush Plant
Rooted Fan Plant
Not sure what these are but i will reasearch:
Purple Tunicate Cluster
Caribbean Orange Tunicate Clusters

Im trying to keep my sump diverse and have different types of algae to keep algae in the main tank down.

Shaving brush plant will be fine, it spreads by runners. Not familiar with the others.
