reef tank temp?

what temp do you all recommend for a healthy reef tank? my tank stays at 74-75 constantly. I live in the south so its warm, I believe in the winter it will rise up to I guess about 78F. Im new to the hobby but from what I have read the seas stays about in the same temp range as my tank.

I think slightly higher temps are supposed to help corals grow faster but you may want to check on that. I keep my tank at 77-79 F which seems to be the norm.

Your temp range is fine though.

Mine drifts around from 77-80 degrees. IMO a few degree swing one way or the other is no big deal. Large rapid swings on the hand is a different story.
