ReefBrite Tech vs Lumi Lite

Curious the difference between the ReefBrite strip that has been out for years, and this seemingly new Lumi Lite.

Is coverage similar? What are the mounts like......or are they just legs that are bought separately?

We're setting up a display model today. I should be able to get you some good answers by tomorrow. I'll try to have one of the guys grab a couple pics of the mounts as well.

The guys are setting up a display model so that we can give you an answer. More to follow soon.

Will like to know as well the difference. Willing to decide between them for my Sunpower.

Thanks in advance...

The images are taken about 12" from a blank wall. The mounts are typical stand-off legs that raise it just a couple inches.

Hard to see in the pic, but there is a metal plate with 3 mounting-holes on the end of the unit.

Looks like it is in a fixed position, as opposed to the movable reefbrite tech?

Definitely interesting, Ill be considering them

Finally got word on that wattage: The Lumis have a double-row of 1/4 w LEDs as opposed to the more common single row.

Ok, so reefbrite says they are a 450nm...which is different than the normal reefbrites, which are a custom blended board.

I'm also trying to decide between the ReefBrite Tech or the Lumi Lite.

I have a Coralife 36" T5 fixture on my 50g and I want to get a strip of blue LEDs to add fluorescence and make the corals pop a little more.

Anyone have updated opinions on this?
