I have a bunch of the stuff if you'd like to try it out for free before making a purchase.
It's basically a blend of the following:
Freeze-Dried Copepods
Copepods are acknowledged to be one of the best natural foods for corals, as well as various other invertebrates, due to their nutrient value (57% Protein) and high digestibility. Copepods are considered superior to artemia in terms of HUFA content and fatty acid composition.
Component Proximate Analysis: Protein, 57%; Fat, 7%; Ash, 12%; Fiber, 4.9%; Moisture, 7.6%. Bulk density: 0.11gm/cm3
Freeze-Dried Rotifers
Rotifers are a naturally-enriched feed for nearly all zooplankton feeding corals. The small size (100-200 microns) of this zooplanktonic organism allows for a high capture and acceptance rate. Naturally enriched by microalgae, rotifers are highly digestible and high in protein (60%).
Component Proximate Analysis: Protein, 60%; Fat, 11%; Ash, 11%; Fiber, 5%; Moisture 7.7%. Bulk Density: 0.144gm/cm3
Spray-Dried Marine Phytoplankton
Marine Phytoplankton, one of the most versatile foods available to the reef aquarist, provides a complete source of cellular nutrition (containing many phytonutrients, amino acids, minerals, trace elements, vitamins, enzymes, and cellular material not found in any other food source). Phytoplankton is the primary food source for many filter-feeders, corals and other invertebrates. Our unique drying process insures a uniform, unbroken cellular structure for optimum nutritional retention.
5 - 50 Micron Reef Nutrition (Golden Pearls)
The 5 - 50 micron size is a fine powder that is suitable for many filter feeders and SPS corals. Each microscopic sphere contains a complete mix of essential ingredients and key nutrients. These small food clusters are neutrally buoyant and will remain in the water column longer than most inert feeds.

I'll find some little containers of some sort to put the stuff in. Oh, and just so you know, I've never really used the stuff very much myself. I tried it a few times here and there, but nothing long term. It is very fine, very concentrated, and disperses quite well (minimal to no clumping). Therefore, I would recommend using it VERY sparingly. Otherwise you run the risk of fouling your tank and/or sending your protein skimmer into overdrive.
At this point I can't say whether it's beneficial or detrimental, I just haven't used it consistently enough to make an informed decision. That being said, I will gladly supply as many samples as I'm able so that others have the opportunity to try it for themselves. I'd actually be curious to hear what you have to say after trying it.

or worse yet, that reef chili stuff might look suspiciously like a narcotic substance when placed in small plastic baggies. lol.
I'm thinking mailing out small bags in envelopes might make the most sense though. I won't be able to make this weekend's garage sale, as I had hoped to, as I am taking my kids on an end-of-summer camping trip. And in early September I'm going under the knife, and might be out of commission for quite a while.
