I've gotten two orders. I had a few DOA each time (out of 100+), but there were already extras sent with my order. I pretty much only buy from Reefcleaners, other than an occasional handful of things when I'm at the LFS and want a little topup.

I'll add in another positive. I have almost always gotten extras when ordering assorted hermits, ceriths and nerites so if there are any DOA's its no big deal. Great company to deal with and they have always been quick to respond to emails.
