Just wondering if there would be any issues with power cycling the Maxpect Gyre every 30 minutes to an hour with my RKL? I put a Gyre in my 4 foot long reef and while its not the pumps fault but more the rock work and sand, I am not happy with the flow and dead spots. So I got another Gyre for the other side and want to run them in wave maker mode with my RKL. What I am looking to do is run them in pulse mode at about 40% on one side for an hour then off. Then the other side for an hour then off.
