Why would it reset to factory settings for no reason?!

When I log on to ESL my unit won't connect. Do I have to start all over even though my list of pumps is still there as well as all of my programs?

Why would it reset to factory settings for no reason?!

When I log on to ESL my unit won't connect. Do I have to start all over even though my list of pumps is still there as well as all of my programs?

It sounds as though the SD card may have reset the ReefLink. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Power down the ReefLink
2. Sign into EcoSmart Live using either Google Chrome or Safari
3. Select the "œSettings" button then "œManage ReefLinks"
4. Click the ReefLink icon then "œRemove" and "œYes"
5. Connect via USB only to your computer
6. Open the ReefLink setup Application
7. Select "œFormat SD" from the dropdown menu
8. The ReefLink LED ring will turn white once complete
9. Select "œFactory Reset" from the drop down
10. Select the "œSetup" button to re-configure your ReefLink
