reeflink issue

currently configured for wireless

lights on the device are:
Going clockwise and starting at 12 o'clock, The colors are green , green, green, yellow, green and finally a red.

Any ideas? I have tried factory resets and nothing. tried changing to hard wired nothing

It sounds as though your ReefLink is unable to connect to EcoSmart Live. I would recommend connecting your ReefLink via USB only to your computer and opening the ReefLink setup App. Next Firmware update the ReefLink, and power cycle all Radions once the update is complete.
