Reeflink won't update mp40wes

I tried updating two of my vortech wes drivers, but they won't blink red and white. They keep blinking red white and blue.
I tried turning off all my radions to see if it will make a difference, but it still won't update my vortechs.
I also tried at different distances.

Please make sure you are holding the Mode and Set buttons then connecting the power cable. You will need to continue holding both buttons until you receive the red/white flashing. If you continue to have issues with the update, I would recommend calling in today.

Yes, you will need to hold the Mode and Set buttons prior to connecting the power cable. Also, I would recommend having the ReefLink about 10-15 feet from the controller when trying to update.
