Reeflo Orca 200

I ordered a Reeflo Orca 200 among other things from you guys, and I am dieing to set it up but am missing the piece that you place into the venturi whole. Sorry don't know how to explain it but the piece you cannot to the air hose and regulate the amount of air with. Please let me know how and when we can resolve this.
